MELBOURNE OVERSEAS MISSIONS
“Fly Away to Heaven” operates under the auspices of Melbourne Overseas Missions. Funds raised will be used to benefit the disadvantaged in East Timor, in particular, to assist the Canossian Sisters who direct a missionary outreach toward poor families in the rural districts.
Funds raised through “Fly Away to Heaven” will continue the work already in progress under the direction of the Canossian Sisters in East Timor. It is envisaged the first project will be the reconstruction of kitchen facilities in an orphanage in the District of Suai.
